Goals and Objectives:

By the end of the rotation students should be able to:

  1. Take a neurologic history and recognize the cogent signs and symptoms referable to the nervous system
  2. Perform a focused neurologic exam
  3. Generate a differential diagnosis based on one's history and examination
  4. Formulate a diagnostic plan based on one's differential diagnosis
  5. Understand the therapeutic options for a variety of diagnoses
