This is required in order to keep current your access and password. If you do not do this prior to Friday, September 5th, you will not be able to access information through Centricity. Please note that those of you who do not have the need for Centricity until after September 5th must especially make sure to go to the hospital prior to Friday, September 5th, log in to a computer with your Centricity logon and password, and change your password.
