Centricity Password Information - ** By Friday, September 5th, ALL of you must, if you haven't already done so, log into Centricity in the hospital and CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD. This is required in order to keep current your access and password administered to you at the start of 3rd year in July. If you do not do this prior to Friday, September 5th, you will not be able to access information through Centricity. Please note that those of you who do not have the need for Centricity until after September 5th must especially make sure to go to the hospital prior to Friday, September 5th, log in to a computer with your Centricity logon and password, and change your password.
