Payment Information

Our Fall 2009 Mini-Medical School Series costs are as follows:

Dates: Conventional Medicine Series: 8 Tuesdays, Sept. 29 through Nov. 17

Time: 7pm-9pm
Place: Research Auditorium, Georgetown University Medical Center

Cost: $100.00 (if postmarked by  Monday, September 21, 2009)
$125.00 (if postmarked after Monday, September 21, 2009)
$75.00 for Georgetown University and Medical Center employees

Enclose completed form with a check, money order, (or credit card form), payable to Georgetown University and mail to:

(GU and GUMC employees pay a discounted fee of $75, regardless of registration deadline.)

We now accept credit card payments (click here to download the form), as well as checks and money orders. Registration fee includes garage parking, class workbook, handouts, and light refreshments.
