Please follow the steps below:
1. Please read the 2011 USMLE Bulletin BEFORE Registration:

2. Please register at the NBME site and note the following:
https://apps.nbme.org/ciw2/prod/jsp/login.jsp
Create your username and password account;
Pay your registration fee (please be prepared to pay at time of registration, approximately $500.00);
Remember to print your Certification Form & immediately deliver to our Registrar’s Office, Med-Dent Annex 5;
In approximately 10 business days, look for email from NBME containing your “Scheduling Permit”; and you will be able to schedule your test date with Prometric (we recommend the "May, June, July" Eligibility Window).
Please complete your USMLE registration by NOVEMBER 1st.
