The cost of attendance, also referred to as the student financial aid budget, includes expenses associated with attending the medical school during any given year and includes tuition, room and board, books and supplies, transportation, health and disability insurance and other expenses if required of all students during school.

SPECIAL NOTES

  1. Local transportation includes an allowance for gas, routine maintenance and parking for 3rd and 4th year students.
  2. The Department of Education will not allow us to include the very necessary expenses associated with residency interviews for fourth year students.
  3. Personal and consumer debts (credit cards, car payments, etc.) cannot be added to your student financial aid budget for purposes of borrowing.
  4. Loan fees assume the maximum Federal Stafford Loan of $40,500.00 is borrowed with a 1.0% origination fee and 0% guarantee fee.
