Georgetown University School of Medicine

Office of Diversity and Inclusion

Thank you for your interest in visiting with us here at Georgetown University School of Medicine!

The University was founded on the principle that serious and sustained discourse among people of different faiths cultures and beliefs promotes intellectual, ethical and spiritual understanding. Consistent with this principle, school of medicine strives to ensure that its students become the respectful physicians who embrace all dimensions of diversity in a learning environment that understand and includes the varied health care needs and growing diversity of the populations we serve.

The campus visit is comprised of an information session, and welcome from the Office of Diversity and Inclusion of Georgetown University Medical School. This is followed by a student-led tour of the Medical School and Main Campus, lasting approximately two hours. Visitors should anticipate two hours total for both the information session and campus tours. Sessions and tours are held regularly throughout the year on weekdays ONLY. Additionally we are closed in December and January for the Winter Break

Our tours are geared towards Middle and High School students.

We look forward to having you!
