Reporting Time and Place: Please report to MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, Dept. of Medicine, Fifth Floor, PHC Building, Chairman’s Office Suite by 9am

Duration: Four Week Elective

Max Number of Students: Two students/block

Description: This elective affords students a broad-based ambulatory care experience by seeing a diverse patient population, while supervised by attending faculty members. Participants will attend grand rounds, noon conferences and resident clinical conference. A secondary goal of the elective is to provide exposure to Georgetown’s Med/Peds program via close interaction with faculty and residents.

Students must gain approval of course instructor to participate.

For visiting students, you must apply through VSAS, gain instructor’s approval and email Amber Weller with proof of USMLE Step 1 score.
