Medical Spanish Interest Group (MSIG)
Bienvenidos!
The Medical Spanish Interest Group (MSIG) at Georgetown University School of Medicine wants to promote the importance of the Spanish language in the medical setting. We provide an opportunity for members to practice their Spanish-speaking skills, bring in speakers to discuss matters that are important to the Hispanic population and provide opportunities to practice speaking Spanish in health-oriented community service events. MSIG is open to all students, regardless of level of Spanish language knowledge. So whether you are interested in starting from scratch, brushing up on what you already know, or using what you know to help teach others, we have a place for you!
