Physicians of the Civil Rights Movement

To kick-off Black History Month at Georgetown School of Medicine, SNMA invited Dr. Alyce Gullattee to talk about being a physician at the height of the Civil Rights movement.  She is a distinguished alumni of Howard University School of Medicine, a practicing psychiatrist, and a well-respected activist.  She talked about the challenges, tribulations, and how things have changed since her days as a medical student.  Thanks to everyone for coming out, listening to Dr. Gullattee, and enjoying the Carribean dinner we provided!
