Meet Cohort 1
We are pleased to announce the inaugural launch of the GUMC Bias Reduction and Improvement Coaching (BRIC) program. The goal of BRIC is to mitigate the impacts of unconscious bias, as this bias affects recruitment, selection, cultivation, promotions and advancement of employees at GUMC.
