Student Events Preliminary Planning

The School of Medicine strictly follows the policies and procedures laid out by Georgetown University’s Office of Financial Affairs, Office of Risk Management, and Legal Counsel. Students and staff who are interested in booking an event location, hiring a caterer or the purchase of any other service should schedule a preliminary planning meeting with our office and the Office of Student Affairs to ensure policies are understood and followed during the procurement process. Meetings tend to take no more than 20 minutes and will save you time and money in the procurement process.
