Directions to Mini-Medical School
Free parking is guaranteed only in the garage at Entrance 3 and not in any other garages located on campus. If there are no parking spaces available in the garage, please park on the street, along Reservoir Road. Those who park in other garages may be charged up to $75 for doing so. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Mini-medical School Classes Run from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the New Research Building Auditorium (Ground Level).
Complimentary parking is available for all registered Mini-Med students in the Georgetown University Hospital staff parking garage located at Entrance 3 of the Georgetown University Medical Center at 3900 Reservoir Road, N.W. Turn left at entrance 3 and immediately turn right into the garage. Once parked, exit the east end (the same side you drove in) of the parking garage, climb the stone stairs or take the elevator located inside the garage up to the top floor. At the top, you will find a sidewalk that will take you past Building D, on your right. You will then walk past a beautiful section of roses and an herb garden to your left. Continue straight back to the New Research Building. Enter and take the stairs down one level to the auditorium. You may also take the elevators found on the left of the stairs. At your first class, you will be given a parking pass so that you can exit the garage without paying.

Metro and Georgetown University Transportation Shuttle
Georgetown University has a free shuttle bus service to and from the Dupont Circle (red line) and Rosslyn (blue/orange lines) metro stations. On weekdays the shuttles run every 15 to 20 minutes from 6:00 am to Midnight. Once you arrive on campus, you may walk or ride the “Mini-Shuttle” up the hill to the Medical Center. The Mini Shuttle stops running after 7:00 pm.

From Washington, D.C.
From Northwest Washington: Take Wisconsin Ave.south to Reservoir Rd. Turn right.
From Southeast Washington: Take Pennsylvania Ave. west to Independence Ave. Bear left. Take Independence to 12th St. NW, and turn right. Take 12th St. to K St. and turn left. Follow K St. to Whitehurst Freeway. Turn left onto Canal Rd. Stay in the right lane. Bear right onto Foxhall Rd. Turn right at Reservoir Rd.
From Northeast Washington: Take Rhode Island Ave. west until it feeds into M St. Take M St. to Wisconsin Ave. Turn right onto Wisconsin Ave. Take Wisconsin Ave. to Reservoir Rd. and turn left.
From Maryland
From I-270: Take I-270 south toward Washington. Exit Rte. 355 Wisconsin Ave. south. Take Wisconsin Ave. south to Reservoir Rd. Turn right.
From I-95: Take I-95 south to I-495 west to Silver Spring. Exit Rte. 355 Wisconsin Ave. south to Washington. Take Wisconsin Ave. south to Reservoir Rd. Turn right.
From Baltimore-Washington Parkway or Rte. 50 westbound: Take B-W Parkway or Rte. 50 west to New York Ave. Take New York Ave. to L St. Bear right. Turn left on 10th St. NW and then right on K St. Follow K St. to Whitehurst Freeway. Turn left onto Canal Road. Stay in the right lane. Bear right onto Foxhall Rd. Turn right at Reservoir Rd.
From Northern Virginia
From I-66 (after 9 a.m.): Take I-66 East to the Rosslyn-Key Bridge exit. Stay in left lane and follow signs to Key Bridge. Cross Key Bridge and stay in left lane. Turn left onto Canal Road. Stay in the right lane. Bear right onto Foxhall Rd. Turn right onto Reservoir Rd.
From I-395: Take I-395 North. Exit Washington Blvd. to Rosslyn. Take Washington Blvd. and follow signs to Rosslyn and Key Bridge. Cross Key Bridge. Turn left onto Canal Rd. Stay in the right lane. Bear right onto Foxhall Rd. Turn right at Reservoir Rd.
From Rte. 50 eastbound: Follow Rte. 50 east and take Rosslyn-Key Bridge exit. Follow signs to Key Bridge. Cross Key Bridge and turn left onto Canal Road. Stay in the right lane. Bear right onto Foxhall Rd. Turn right at Reservoir Rd.
From George Washington Parkway (after 9 a.m.): Take the GW Parkway south. Exit Key Bridge. Cross bridge and turn left onto Canal Rd. Stay in the right lane. Bear right onto Foxhall Rd. Turn right at Reservoir Rd.
